Snowdrop Independent Living Launches 360 Scooter Video for Virtual “Test Drive”
Snowdrop Independent Living is a well-established mobility retail company that traces its origins to a single showroom in Haverfordwest. The company subsequently grew and acquired further showrooms in The West Midlands.
Since 2019, it has been the ambition of the new management team to offer multiple ways to serve customers whether they are at home or in-store via online platforms. The pandemic has created further demand for virtual experiences which allow customers to “try” the product without visiting a physical store.
The launch of the 360 Videos is the first phase of the digital experience Snowdrop will be introducing to customers. Delivered in three videos, these are titled “Features & Benefits of a Mobility Scooter”, “How to use a Mobility Scooter - Our Tips for Driving Safely” and “Virtual Test Drive” which is a 360 video. Viewers watching the 360 video on the mobile phone can turn the phone side to side to simulate the first-person view while driving a scooter.
Snowdrop Independent Living is well known for the clinical approach and personalised advice when it comes to product recommendations.
